Michael E. Talent


Michael Talent is a litigation associate at Larson O'Brien LLP.  His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and white collar criminal matters.

Mr. Talent received his law degree from Stanford Law School in 2018.  While attending law school, Mr. Talent served as a Senior Editor of the Stanford Law Review and was a member of the moot court team that placed second at the 2016 Notre Dame National Appellate Advocacy Tournament for Religious Freedom.  He also authored a chapter of An Introduction to the Law of Afghanistan for the University of Afghanistan's law program.  Prior to joining Larson O'Brien, Mr. Talent worked as a law clerk to the United States Senate Judiciary Committee.  Mr. Talent received his undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago in 2012.
