Matthew S. Manacek is a litigation associate at Larson O’Brien LLP.  His practice focuses on high-stakes commercial litigation, white collar litigation, and investigations.  Mr. Manacek’s experience includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in corporate and consumer fraud actions and assisting corporations in state and federal investigations.  Mr. Manacek has represented companies in the entertainment, financial services, and oil & gas industries.

Before joining Larson O’Brien LLP, Mr. Manacek was a summer associate at an AmLaw 100 law firm in Chicago.  He is a graduate of the USC Gould School of Law and DePaul University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in finance.  During law school, Mr. Manacek was Senior Editor of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal and interned at Ticketmaster. 

Originally from Chicago, Mr. Manacek remains an avid fan of his hometown teams. He lives in Downtown Los Angeles with his wife.

DC Circuit resolves fee dispute in land trust suit
