Jen C. Won


Jen Won is a litigation associate at Larson O'Brien LLP and is a fully-bilingual trial lawyer.  Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes and white collar criminal investigations and defense.  She has litigated an array of matters, including consumer class actions, products liability, technology, healthcare, and employment disputes.  Ms. Won has also investigated and defended charges related to SEC regulations, federal and state antitrust laws, and money laundering.  

Before joining Larson O'Brien, Ms. Won was an associate at an international law firm and a prominent litigation boutique.  After graduating Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, Ms. Won was a law clerk to the Honorable Larry A. Burns of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.  She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.  

Ms. Won grew up in Seoul, Korea and is fluent in Korean.  She is currently the Co-Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) and a Regional Governor and the Chair of Young Lawyers' Division for the International Association of Korean Lawyers (IAKL).  She also serves as the Secretary for the Korean American Bar Association of Southern California (KABA).  In 2017, Ms. Won co-founded the IILP Social Impact Incubator, a non-profit initiative to promote diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
