Emilie J. Zuccolotto is a litigation associate at Larson O’Brien LLP.  She focuses on high-stakes employment and business disputes, including class actions.  Ms. Zuccolotto's experience includes defending corporations against discrimination and wrongful termination claims, ADA violation claims, breach of contract claims, wage and hour class actions, and consumer class actions in state and federal court and arbitration.  As part of her labor and employment practice, Ms. Zuccolotto regularly advises clients on regulatory and compliance matters and conducts internal investigations. 

In 2018, Ms. Zuccolotto successfully represented a Fortune 500 company in a hotly-contested wrongful termination and discrimination lawsuit, obtaining summary judgment on the company's behalf.

Prior to joining Larson O’Brien LLP, Ms. Zuccolotto was an associate at a national law firm.  She is a graduate of the USC Gould School of Law and the University of California, Berkeley.  While in law school, Ms. Zuccolotto served as an extern to the Honorable Ernest M. Robles of the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Central District of California, and was awarded a Graduate Certificate in Entertainment Law.  Before attending law school, Ms. Zuccolotto lived in Italy and worked in fashion.  She also played competitive soccer for 13 years and remains a fan of the sport.


Eleven lawyers depart Arent Fox to open boutique

Eleven lawyers have jumped ship from Arent Fox to start a litigation boutique in Los Angeles. Larson O'Brien will focus on high stakes matters, including commercial litigation, internal investigations, appellate work and international arbitration.
