Daniel R. Lahana


Daniel R. Lahana is a litigation associate at Larson O'Brien LLP.  His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes and white collar criminal defense.  Mr. Lahana's experience includes litigating issues involving real property, trusts and estates, employment disputes, fraudulent transfers, class action defense, and trade secrets.  Mr. Lahana also has experience representing healthcare entities and professionals.  

Mr. Lahana was previously an associate at a litigation boutique in Los Angeles where he represented individuals and businesses in federal and state courts.  After law school, he was a law clerk to the Honorable William F. Highberger of the Los Angeles County Superior Court's Complex Civil Litigation Program, which is responsible for adjudicating many of the largest class actions, mass tort cases, and insurance coverage disputes in the country.  

Mr. Lahana graduated from UCLA School of Law where he was a recipient of the Dean's Merit Scholarship.  While in law school, Mr. Lahana externed for the Honorable James A. Selna of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.  He also volunteered at the El Centro Legal: VAWA Clinic.  He graduated, cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine, where he elected Phi Beta Kappa and to the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society, and was recognized with the UCI Order of Merit reserved for the top 2% of social sciences undergraduate students.
