Andrew J. Bedigian

Andrew J. Bedigian is a litigation associate at Larson O'Brien LLP.  His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes and white-collar criminal defense.  Mr. Bedigian's experience includes defending oil and gas companies and financial institutions against federal and state investigations. His commercial litigation experience includes arbitrating domestic and international contract disputes and conducting internal investigations of emerging technology companies, including "fintech" corporations.

Prior to joining Larson O'Brien LLP, Mr. Bedigian was a litigation associate at an AmLaw 20 law firm, where he litigated healthcare and product liability disputes.  Mr. Bedigian also worked as a law clerk at Virgin Hyperloop | One.  There, he gained insight into the employment and regulatory issues confronting emerging technology companies. 

Mr. Bedigian received his law degree from the UCLA School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis.  During law school, Mr. Bedigian was a Managing Editor of the UCLA Law Review, a Writing Advisor in UCLA's Lawyering Skills program, and a judicial extern to the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.  In college, Mr. Bedigian played Division I rugby and was a member of several human rights advocacy groups.

DC Circuit resolves fee dispute in land trust suit

The U.S. Court of Appeals found that a lower court made the right call when it awarded California-based lawyer $2.88 million in fees plus interest.
